I wanted to send out a note to say thank you to everyone for how nice the community is looking.  This summer like last summer is super hot and some plants are not doing well because of that, and that can’t be helped.   Other than that, yards are all looking great.

One concern though is the large amount of cars parking on the street.  I know that some families have several drivers in the home, and so the garage and driveway do not allow enough parking for all of the cars.  I would encourage you to add an additional parking area alongside your driveway if you have the space in your side yard. 

Submitting for approval before doing this is required and could be done with pavers or concrete.  If this is not an option for you, please try to park in front of your own home so that you are not encroaching into your neighbor’s area that they may need to park or have space for their guests.

When you can please use the driveway. There are several times I drive through the driveways are empty and the street is full.

Another important note for this is that if an emergency vehicle has to come to your home or a neighbor’s home, they will need space to park to get to the patient quickly.  We don’t want them  running down the street with a gurney trying to get to the patient.
